Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our dynamic sales and customer support team at 91Trucks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and basic knowledge of customer handling over calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Maintain call records and update customer databases.

Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversions.

Achieve daily and weekly calling targets.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Marathi/Kannada/Malayalam , along with basic Hindi

Minimum 6 months of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service.

12th pass or above qualification.

Working Days - 5.5 days a week (Monday to Saturday) with a fixed off on Sunday

2 Saturdays off per month (flexible)

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, working Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
