Job Role:

As a Customer Relationship Executive at Wealthspire, you will be the connecting link between customers and financial institutions. Your role involves guiding customers through the loan process and coordinating with partner banks to ensure smooth processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Explain loan products (UCL, personal, business, home, etc.) to customers.

Collect and verify customer documents.

Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for application processing.

Maintain customer relationships and provide follow-up service.

Meet monthly targets to earn performance-based incentives.
