Job Title: Telecaller (Loan Sales)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Loan Sales team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in loan sales or telecalling and possess excellent communication and convincing skills.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain loan products and services to potential clients.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/system.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Requirements

Female candidates only.
6 months to 1 year of experience in loan sales/telecalling.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
