Academic Counsellor / Telecalling Executive – Frankfinn
Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates to join our team as Academic Counsellors / Telecalling Executives. The role involves connecting with prospective students, providing career guidance, generating admissions, and promoting Frankfinn's industry-leading training programs.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn's courses and programs.
Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through tele-calling activities.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead information in the CRM/system.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins, counseling sessions, and admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and professional counseling.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate (Preferred)
Undergraduates can also apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)
Experience
6 Months to 8 Years of experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling, or Customer Service.
Gender
Male and Female candidates can apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Experience in Outbound Calling, Tele Sales, or Lead Generation.
Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and address queries effectively.
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Working Days & Timings
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
Travel Requirement
No travel required.
Salary
₹16,000 – ₹25,000 (In-Hand)
Performance-based incentives as applicable.
Age criteria: 18-32
