Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: 607, Inizio, Cardinal Gracious Road, Chakala, Andheri (E), Mumbai
Experience: 1 to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone calls to promote and sell company products/services.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales outcomes.

• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets as assigned.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or Graduate in any field.

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM entry).

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, or any regional language as required.
