Key Responsibilities

We are looking for Telesales for our Hyderabad Experience Center.

• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.

• Build a strong relationship / trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the Customers.

• Explaining the service features in detail and collect the requirements.

• Understand the Customer requirements, encourage them to visit our Experience Center.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Interior Design Sales

• Client Management

• Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise with clients and internal teams

• Excellent knowledge of ergonomics and design principles

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with Freshers.
