Job Description – Office Coordinator (Merchant Navy Sector)

Position: Office Coordinator / Customer Support Executive

Industry: Merchant Navy Services

Location: ATS Bouquet, Tower: A, 3rd Floor, Unit: 308, Sector:132 Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Make 30–35 outbound calls on a daily basis to potential candidates/clients.

Handle inbound queries and resolve them promptly with a professional approach.

Maintain proper call logs, records, and daily reporting.

Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates/clients.

Assist in coordinating with the HR and operations team when required.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)

Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.

Prior telecalling or customer handling experience will be an added advantage.
