Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Female Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, provide information to customers, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.

• Maintain and update customer database in CRM.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

• Maintain call logs and prepare reports as required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & basic English.

• Good telephonic etiquette and convincing ability.

• Confident, polite, and professional behavior.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).

• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior telecalling/counseling/customer service experience required (1–3 years).

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
