• Receive and log TVR documents from field teams.

• Verify completeness and correctness of the documents.

• Update system records with accurate details.

• Coordinate with the verification and field teams for pending or unclear cases.

• Escalate discrepancies or fraudulent activities as per SOP.

• Maintain daily MIS reports and share status updates with reporting manager.
