What are we looking

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for initiating outbound calls, addressing inquiries, and effectively communicating our value proposition to drive sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a resilient mindset, and a passion for helping customers find the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Proactively call prospective customers using our database to introduce products/services.

• Lead Management: Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Sales Conversion: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets by effectively closing calls or scheduling appointments for the sales team.

• Inquiry Handling: Professionally answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries or complaints with patience and clarity.

• Feedback Reporting: Provide regular updates to management regarding call outcomes, market feedback, and challenges encountered.

  Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is a plus (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati.

  • Persistence: Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude during high-volume calling.

  • Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Excel).

  • Goal-Oriented: A strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
