Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and handle customer communication efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining company services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and update data regularly
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion

Requirements:
• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic preferred)
