Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic telecaller to connect with prospective students, understand their learning needs, and drive enrollments for our mentorship programs. You will be the first point of contact for leads collected through forms and community channels, helping students find the right mentorship solution while meeting enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make calls to leads from forms, social media, and community channels to introduce mentorship programs
Handle inbound inquiries about course details, pricing, schedules, and learning outcomes
Build rapport with prospective students and understand their career goals and learning needs
Follow up persistently with warm leads to convert them into enrollments
Maintain accurate records of all conversations, student feedback, and follow-up requirements in CRM or spreadsheets
Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets to earn performance incentives
Share student feedback and common objections with the team to improve messaging and offerings
