Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible individual to join our team as a Client Relationship & Business Development Executive. The role involves nurturing existing client relationships, reaching out to new potential clients, and actively contributing to business growth through a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing clients.

Reach out to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.

Ensure timely follow-ups and build a reliable communication channel with clients.

Prepare and submit timely reports on leads, client interactions, and performance.

Work towards achieving assigned business targets and goals.

Maintain client data and update records in a structured manner.

Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

Be accountable, proactive, and result-oriented in daily tasks.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.

Self-motivated with a growth mindset.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in client servicing or business development is a p
