  Conducting virtual or remote presentations and demos to showcase products or services and explain their benefits. 

• Customer needs assessment:

  Understanding client needs through calls and emails to provide appropriate solutions and answer inquiries. 

• Closing sales:

  Negotiating pricing and terms to finalize sales that meet both the customer's and company's goals. 

• CRM management:

  Maintaining and updating a CRM database with accurate client and prospect information. 

• Sales reporting:

  Preparing and sending regular reports on sales activities, such as calls made, leads generated, and deals closed. 

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with marketing to align on lead-nurturing campaigns and with other sales team members to develop effective strategies. 

• Post-sales support:

  Providing follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction and successful onboarding after a sale is made.
