Job Title: Telecaller – Loan Services

Work Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Description:

We are hiring Telecallers to promote our loan services, including home loans, personal loans, business loans, loans against property, car loans, and cash credit (CC) loans. The role involves making outbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and explain loan options.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable loan solutions.

Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database.

Provide information on interest rates, eligibility, and documentation.

Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).

Experience: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service (Freshers welcome).

Languages: Hindi, English, and local language.

Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Customer handling ability.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM).

Target-driven and self-motivated.
