Telecaller- Fund Raiser

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraising Executive to join Koti Welfare Trust. In this role, you will acquire new donors as Fundraising Executive of Koti Welfare Trust. Your role will involve raising awareness and securing donations for our programs. You’ll be the voice of the organization, inspiring individuals to contribute and ensuring every interaction is professional, ethical, and donor centered. You will also be responsible for implementing on ground events such as awareness sessions, health camps, food distribution drives or any other community outreach events

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective and existing donors through outbound calls and/or in-person interactions at public spaces, events, partner sites, or door-to-door.

• Deliver compelling and customized pitches about our mission and programs, aiming for donation sign-ups (one-time and recurring).

• Build rapport quickly, answer donor queries, and handle objections with empathy.

• Achieve weekly/monthly fundraising targets: call volume, quality conversations, donor conversions, and pledge fulfillment.

• Collect and accurately record donor information in real time.

• Process donations securely (via payment links, POS, QR, or cash where allowed).

• Follow up on pledges, renewals, and donor stewardship activities (thank-you calls, updates).

• Plan, organize, and execute events that align with the non-profit's mission and goals

• Scheduling, vendor negotiation, venue booking, staff coordination, and on-site management.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
