Telecaller Executive

About the Role

We are hiring confident and customer-focused Telecallers to promote and sell loan and credit products over the phone through cold calling. You will be expected to make 100 to 200 outbound cold calls per day, connect with potential customers, explain loan/credit options, assess basic eligibility, and guide interested prospects through the application process. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome, and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, banking, or financial sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for loan and credit products

• Explain loan types, credit options, interest rates, EMI structure, fees, and eligibility criteria

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan/credit solutions

• Generate leads and convert them into sales applications

• Follow up with customers for documents, KYC, and application completion

• Coordinate with internal teams for verification and disbursal status

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable lending/credit regulations

• Maintain professional communication and customer confidentiality

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
