Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Proactively contact prospects from databases to market personal loans, home loans, or mortgages.
Need Analysis & Profiling: Identify customer financial needs, evaluate loan eligibility, and present tailored loan options.
Sales Closure: Persuade prospects to apply for loans, answering questions about interest rates, repayment terms, and products.
Documentation Support: Guide clients through the application process and assist in gathering required documents.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects to convert leads into closed loans.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all phone interactions in the CRM system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly call volume and loan sales targets.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th and 6 months to 6 years. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
