Job Description

Making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explaining products or services and highlighting their benefits.
Generating leads and identifying potential customers.
Following up with leads through calls, messages, or emails.
Converting leads into sales by handling customer questions and objections.
Achieving sales targets and monthly/weekly performance goals.
Maintaining customer records and updating information in the CRM.
Building good customer relationships and providing excellent service.
Handling customer queries and complaints professionally.
Preparing sales reports and sharing daily/weekly call and sales updates with the manager.
Coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and follow-ups.
Conducting market and competitor research when required.
