Designation: Tele Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce Justdial’s services and encourage them to list their business.

Generate qualified appointments for Marketing Executives by persuading customers to register on Justdial.

Explain the features, benefits, and value of Justdial’s Products and Services in a clear and informative manner.

Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable listing options to support their business growth.

Convert Free Listings into Paid Listings and Premium Paid Listings by communicating the value proposition effectively.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and appointments.

Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize conversion and achieve performance targets.
