Job Title: Tele Counsellor – Domestic
Department: Call Centre
Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Role and Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain Frankfinn's courses and programs.
Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, and Customer Service industries.
Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through tele-calling activities.
Maintain accurate call records and update lead information in the CRM/system.
Convert inquiries into walk-ins, counseling sessions, and admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and professional counseling.
Working Days & Timing:
6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)
Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday Fixed Off
Educational Qualification:
Graduate (Preferred)
Undergraduates can also apply (Minimum 12th Pass with result in hand)
Experience Required:
6 Months to 8 Years of experience
Gender:
Male / Female
Key Requirements:
Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English
Experience in Outbound Telecalling / Telesales / Lead Generation
Ability to generate and handle leads effectively
Prior Outbound calling experience will be an added advantage
