We are looking for an experienced and professional Senior Visa Counsellor who can guide clients regarding different visa and immigration processes. The candidate should have good knowledge of visa procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert potential leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients regarding various visa and immigration options.

• Explain visa eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.

• Understand client profiles and suggest suitable visa options.

• Handle client queries through calls, meetings, and WhatsApp.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into successful cases.

• Provide accurate information about visa requirements and processes.

• Coordinate with the documentation and processing team.

• Maintain client records and update follow-up reports.

• Achieve monthly sales and counselling targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Skills:

• 1–5 years of experience in immigration counselling.

• Good knowledge of international visa and immigration processes.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong client-handling and sales skills.

• Knowledge of documentation and visa procedures.

• Target-oriented and confident personality.

Qualification:

• Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
