Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to counsel and convert students interested in studying abroad. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating admissions, and guiding students regarding overseas education opportunities, especially for MBBS and other higher education programs abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from provided leads.
Handle inbound inquiries related to study abroad programs.
Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, fees, scholarships, and university options.
Follow up regularly with interested students and maintain relationships until admission closure.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and application processing.
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional campaigns when required.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in tele sales, education counseling, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Preferred Experience
Experience in Overseas Education, MBBS Abroad, Study Abroad, Immigration, EdTech, or Education Consultancy.
Knowledge of admissions in Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, and other study destinations.
