Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to student leads/data provided by the company.
• Understand student requirements and explain relevant courses and training programs.
• Counsel students over calls and address their queries professionally.
• Convince interested students to visit our Thane office for detailed counselling.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain lead status.
• Work on converting enquiries and office visits into admissions.
• Maintain a strong focus on achieving monthly sales/admission targets.
• Update call records, follow-up details, and conversion status accurately.
• Coordinate with the counselling and sales team for smooth lead conversion.
Requirements
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working with sales/admission goals.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Preference
• Candidates residing in Thane or nearby local areas will be preferred.
• Immediate or early joiners will be an added advantage.
