We are looking for a Tele Executive to join our team at STAD Solution. The role involves handling student inquiries, explaining course details, counseling students based on their career goals, and supporting the admission process. The position offers a fixed in-hand salary along with growth opportunities in the EdTech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with students who inquire about courses through calls, WhatsApp, website, or social media.
Explain course details, career opportunities, training process, and placement support to students.
Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses accordingly.
Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities in Software Testing, Automation Testing, Data Analytics, and related fields.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested students to increase admissions.
Update inquiry details and admission status in CRM or Excel records.
Coordinate with trainers and management for batch schedules and student onboarding.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation in any field. Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply. The role requires good communication skills, confidence in speaking with students, basic computer knowledge, strong convincing ability, and a positive attitude toward sales and counseling. Candidates must be comfortable with calling students and handling follow-ups regularly.
