Location: Skillpower, Bhatia Complex, 1st Floor, Above SBI ATM, Purulia Road, Near Aditya Birla School, Ranchi

Key Responsibilities
Telecalling
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities.
Follow up with inquiries generated through phone, website, social media, and walk-ins.
Maintain accurate records of calls and student interactions.
Schedule counseling sessions and admissions appointments.
Student Counselling
Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
Provide complete information about programs, admission procedures, and placement support.
Address student and parent queries professionally.
Assist students throughout the admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and ensure a positive experience.
Admission Support
Help students complete application and enrollment formalities.
Collect and verify required documents.
Maintain admission records and reports.
Coordinate with the administration team for smooth admissions.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Ability to achieve admission and counseling targets.
