HR RECRUITER

Call Centre

6 Days working (Monday to Saturday)

10 am to 7 pm office hours

Sunday Fixed off

Graduate

Minimum 1 yr of experience as HR RECRUITER on papers.

Female/ Male

Can communicate in Hindi and English both

Experience in BPO TELESALES hiring

 Recruitment of candidates

Perform reference checks with current and former employers and personal references.

Perform a first interview, possibly by phone to confirm basic information and gauge the interest of the candidate.

 Hire the candidate and move them to the onboarding process.

Should achieve target of 2 joining per day.

Up to 35k per month CTC
