Job Description

Nexus Visa International is hiring a Female Telecaller for its Chennai (Vadapalani) branch. The candidate will be responsible for calling and following up with student leads, providing information about study abroad and visa services, and maintaining professional communication with prospective students.

Responsibilities

Call and follow up with student inquiries and leads.
Explain study abroad and visa services to prospective students.
Maintain call records and customer details.
Coordinate with counselors and support the admissions team.
Build strong relationships with students and clients.

Requirements

Female candidates preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Language Requirements

Tamil – Mandatory
English – Mandatory
Hindi – Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
