Telecum Counsellor – EdTech

Location: Dadar & Andheri

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month + Attractive Incentives

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Counsellors for our EdTech company.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls.

- Counsel students and parents about courses and admissions.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.

- Maintain CRM and student records.

- Achieve monthly admission targets.

- Coordinate with the admissions team for a smooth enrolment process.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Counselling, Sales, Customer Service, or EdTech preferred.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Skills Required:

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Target-oriented and customer-focused.

- English & Hindi mandatory (Marathi is an added advantage).
