Position: Counsellor / Sales Counsellor

Total Requirement: 15 Positions

Location: Devinagar, Hebbal, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Weekly Off: Rotational Week Off

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and candidate profile

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and target-oriented Counsellors / Sales Counsellors with strong communication and customer-handling skills. Candidates should have prior experience in counselling, sales, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets in a product- or service-based organization.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer counselling and understand customer requirements effectively.

Provide appropriate product/service information and guide customers towards suitable solutions.

Convert counselling interactions into successful sales.

Achieve individual and team-wise sales targets within defined timelines.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Work closely with the team and management to achieve business objectives.

Demonstrate strong customer engagement, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Candidate Requirements

Experience

Prior experience in Counselling / Sales Counselling is mandatory.

Candidates from product-based or service-based companies are preferred.

Experience in sales campaigns and target-oriented environments is required.

Candidates should have a proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Language Requirements

English:

Proficient verbal communication skills with good customer-handling ability.

Kannada & Tamil:

7/8 proficiency in both Kannada and Tamil.

Hindi:

7/8 proficiency, with strong North Indian Hindi fluency.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, skills, and interview performance.
