Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed counselling on programs (MBA, Work-Integrated, Distance, etc.)
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses
Follow up regularly with interested candidates to drive conversions
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions status
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team for lead updates
Address queries related to eligibility, fees, course structure, and career opportunities
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
0–3 years of experience in telesales / education counselling / telecalling
Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English)
Strong follow-up and negotiation ability
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
