Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Counsellors to handle inbound and outbound calls, counsel prospective students about our courses, and convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up on inquiries
Provide accurate course information and guide students accordingly
Maintain a database of leads and track conversions
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

Requirements:

Excellent communication & convincing skills
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele-counselling/sales (preferred)
Graduate in any stream
Fluent in English and Hindi

Working Days: 6 days a week

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives
