Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to join our team at FRANKFINN AVIATION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. The role offers a salary of ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand) along with attractive incentives. Candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions, providing course-related information, and maintaining follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Explain courses and services to students/customers

• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information

• Maintain follow-ups and update customer records

• Generate leads and support admissions process

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

• Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

• Basic computer knowledge required

• Confident, convincing, and target-oriented personality

• Comfortable with 6 days working during Day Shift

Work Details:

📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 18

🕒 Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday

❌ Sunday Fixed Off

💰 Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand) + Incentive
