Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tele Counsellor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong convincing ability, and a passion for helping customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments/sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Experience in Tele Counselling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Sales is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Fresh sales, or HubSpot is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-first approach.
