Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Education Tele Counsellor to connect with prospective students, guide them on available courses, and support them in making the right education decisions. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining course details, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, or emails
Explain course details, career opportunities, and benefits clearly
Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversions
Maintain and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems
Handle basic queries regarding fees, schedules, and admission process
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
Basic understanding of education/courses (training will be provided)
Ability to convince and build rapport over phone
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Prior experience in tele calling / counselling is an advantage
