Tele Counsellor

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Counsel prospective students/customers about courses or services.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
Maintain records in CRM and achieve targets.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
6 months+ experience preferred (Freshers can apply with excellent communication skill).
