Job Description

DegreeKaro is looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Counsellors to guide students for Online & Distance Education programs offered by top universities across India. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert student inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound student calls
Counsel students regarding Online Degree, MBA, PG & UG programs
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process
Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp
Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
Build positive relationships with prospective students

Required Skills

Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu
Basic computer and internet knowledge
Strong convincing and counselling skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in education counselling or telesales is an added advantage

Qualification

Intermediate / Any Degree
