Collection Executive – Soft Bucket (Tele Collection)

Eligibility

Job Responsibilities

Calling customers to remind them about overdue EMIs
Understanding reasons for payment delays
Negotiating payment dates and obtaining payment commitments
Following up regularly until payment is received
Updating customer interactions and collection records in the system
Escalating difficult cases to senior collection teams when required

Skills Required

Good communication and persuasion skills
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
Customer handling and relationship management skills
Ability to achieve collection targets
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Basic understanding of collection processes

Soft Bucket Collection

Soft bucket accounts generally include customers who are:

1–30 Days Past Due (DPD), or
31–60 Days Past Due (DPD)

These are early-stage delinquent accounts that can typically be resolved through effective telephonic follow-up and customer engagement.
