Location – Udyog Vihar Gurgaon (Work from Office)

CTC – Upto 3.0 Lacs + Incentive

Working Days – 6 Days

Shift Time – 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

 Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell life insurance plans.

 Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable insurance solutions.

 Explain policy details, benefits, and terms clearly and confidently.

 Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems in real-time.

 Handle queries, objections, and follow-ups with professionalism and patience.

Requirements:

 Graduate or 12th Pass with Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

 6 months to 1 year of experience in Tele Sales or Insurance Sales is preferred.

 Freshers with strong communication and convincing ability are also welcome.

 Energetic, target-oriented, and confident in handling objections.

 Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
