We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our Skill Education & Training Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential students and parents over the phone to inform them about our various skill development courses, guide them through the enrollment process, and generate walk-ins or confirmed admissions.
Make outbound calls to leads generated via online inquiries, events, and referrals.
Explain course details, benefits, fees, and career outcomes clearly and confidently.
Follow up with interested prospects to encourage course registration or visit.
Handle inbound inquiries with professionalism and timely follow-through.
Maintain and update lead data in the CRM/software daily.
Achieve monthly targets for walk-ins, counseling appointments, and admissions.
Coordinate with the counseling and admissions teams for student conversions.
Share feedback from calls to improve communication and marketing strategies.
Minimum HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language].
Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales (education sector preferred).
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
