Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans (Poonawalla Fincorp)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote personal loan products
Explain loan features, benefits, and eligibility criteria clearly
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
Follow up with customers to ensure closure of sales
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and loan processing
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or above
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of computers

Salary (In-hand):

Freshers: ₹16,000 per month
Experienced: ₹18,000 per month

Shift Timing:

9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
