Act as a representative of the organization/NGO/company to donors and prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing donors through effective communication.
Promote the cause and encourage financial contributions.
Maintain donor records and update the database with accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targets set by the organization.
Support awareness campaigns through telephonic outreach.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing donors.
Explain the organization’s mission, projects, and impact in a clear and convincing way.
Motivate individuals and corporates to contribute financially or pledge donations.
Answer donor queries and provide information about campaigns.
Follow call scripts and maintain professionalism during calls.
Record donor commitments and ensure proper follow-up for pledge collections.
Report call outcomes and fundraising progress to the team leader/manager.
Handle donor objections with patience and positivity.
Ensure compliance with ethical fundraising standards and organizational policies.
Participate in training to improve communication and persuasion skills.
