The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, generating leads, and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

• Generate leads, set appointments, and maintain client databases.

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.

• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.

• Maintain call records, feedback, and reporting in CRM or assigned systems.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
