Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to handle inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and maintain a positive attitude while engaging with customers to promote products, generate leads, or provide customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain products or services and generate interest.

Maintain client database with updated contact details and call records.

Handle enquiries and resolve client queries professionally.

Follow up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.

Report feedback, issues, and trends to the team manager

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can also apply).

Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).

Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
