Job Summary

Urban Money is hiring Telecallers for the Sales Department. This role involves calling potential customers, explaining financial products, and converting leads into sales. Freshers are welcome and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers.

• Explain Urban Money’s loan and financial services clearly.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Handle customer queries and maintain a professional approach.

• Update call details and customer information in the system.

• Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility & Skills

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Freshers are welcome; prior sales/telecalling experience is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of computers.

Work Timings

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
