Visa Processing Officer

Triumphant Overseas LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Visa Processing Officer to join our growing team in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities: • Handle tourist, student, work, business & dependent visa applications. • Verify documents and prepare visa files. • Fill visa application forms accurately. • Coordinate with clients regarding required documents and updates. • Track application status and maintain proper records. • Ensure timely submission and follow company SOPs.

Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in visa processing. • Good knowledge of visa documentation and filing procedures. • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Email). • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
