Salary & Qualification:
Fresher’s - 1.9 LPA - 2.1 LPA per annum + Incentives up to 15000per Month (Graduation Compulsory)
Experienced - 2.2 LPA-2.7 LPA + Incentives up to 15000per Month (2nd PUC or Graduation) (Experience in Sales, Customer Support, Telesales, or Tele collections is preferred)
Age Criteria: 20 Years - 28 Years (Male/Female)
Languages: English and Hindi Compulsory Location: Hebbal-Bangalore (Badrappa Layout) Preferably, candidates residing within 10-15 km of the location are eligible to apply for the position.

Providing Services of Business Process Management (BPM), Tele calling/ Customer Care Services, Contact Center Management, Debt Management (RECOVERY & COLLECTION) and Digital Recovery.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele-caller in Collection & Recovery, located in Bengaluru. The Tele-caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers with outstanding debts, informing them of their payment obligations, and coordinating with them to repay their debts. The Tele-caller will also negotiate payment plans with debtors, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and escalate cases to the next level of support when necessary.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi regional languages spoken in the Bengaluru Hebbal area. Prior experience in collections or customer service preferred Persistence and a desire to work with customers to find solutions to their payment issues Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and empathy Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Sound knowledge of how debt collection works is a plus with
Bachelor's degree
