We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecalling Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, generate leads, and support sales activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain products or services clearly and convincingly
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Maintain daily call records and customer information
Answer customer queries and resolve basic concerns
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Follow company calling scripts and guidelines
Good verbal communication skills
Persuasive and negotiation abilities
Active listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, calling software)
Ability to handle rejection professionally
Time management and discipline
Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
