Tele calling

We are hiring Telecallers/Telecasters for our coaching institute that provides coaching for Class 9th, 10th, 11th, 12thand competitive exams like NEET / JEE / Foundation courses. The role involves communicating with students and parents, explaining our courses, and supporting the admission process.

The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to students and parents, handling inbound inquiries, explaining course details such as fees, batches, and schedules, and regularly following up with interested candidates. Maintaining proper records of calls and inquiries and coordinating with the admissions team will also be part of the job.

Candidates should have good communication skills, especially in Hindi (basic English knowledge will be an added advantage). A polite, confident, and convincing nature is important, along with the ability to patiently handle students and parents. Minimum qualification is 12th pass; prior experience in telecalling or the education sector is preferred but freshers can also apply.

Salary will range from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, along with attractive performance-based incentives. Training will be provided, and there is scope for growth within the institute.
