Job Description


We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Acquisition Executive to join our Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in business development.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

  • Generate and follow up on leads.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.

  • Coordinate with the sales team for further discussions.

  • Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.


Requirements

  • Good communication and convincing skills.

  • Hindi and English communication required.

  • Basic computer knowledge.

  • Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.

  • Prior telecalling/sales experience will be an advantage.


Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month + incentives
